Refund Policy

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, contact us at techgadgetory@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, and used/opened consumables (e.g. earbud tips, cables that have been connected), are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
